Return & Exchange

Product returns can be made within 14 calendar days in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, provided that the product remains in its original condition, shows no signs of use, and the protective system (seals), as well as tags and labels, are intact. The product must be returned with all original packaging. If the product was purchased as part of a set, it must be returned in full.
All expenses associated with returning/exchanging goods of proper quality are covered by the buyer (return shipping).

After verifying that the product meets the return conditions, its full value will be refunded within 3 business days.
  • The timeframe for crediting funds to the recipient's account depends on the internal regulations of the recipient's bank.
  • The exchanged product is sent only after the return is received.
Before sending, please fill out the Return Form via the following link and fill the form

  • In the case of returning goods from abroad, the return international shipping and customs fees are paid by the buyer.
A return request in this case is accepted within 14 days from the moment the buyer receives the package in the destination country. The average duration of return shipping is from 1 to 4 weeks. After sending, be sure to inform the manager of the tracking number for parcel tracking.
** In the event of a customer request for order completion or cancellation after the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return and re-delivery costs (if necessary).
Please note that the following categories of goods are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with Ukrainian legislation:

  • Tights, socks, stockings
  • Headwear
  • Gloves
  • Swimwear
  • Shapewear and hosiery
  • Underwear (briefs, bras, bralettes, tops, leggings, bike shorts, bodysuits)
